Good day I can’t load my new iPad with the Navigraph data

Then this restriction must be within the AirTrack system. One reason could be that your new iPad is registered to a different AirTrack account/e-mail address than the old iPad, and therefore your code isn't detected in the new iPad (and it can't be used twice). I suggest you contact AirTrack support and ask them why your second iPad can't see the current cycle.

I can't see any device registered to your account so that must be it. If you could let me know through the support link http://haversine.com/support your IOFMSXXXXX code I can fix it for you.
But you will need to login to your Air Account from your devices for them to recognise it i.e. you need to insert your username (Erasma) and password that you use to login to this forum under user settings of AirTrack and click on Online.
